This piece is part of the Hisui Drift Series, inspired by deep emerald-teal ocean currents and breaking waves. Hisui (翡翠) translates directly to “jade” in Japanese and refers to a vibrant, blue-green jade color (hisui-iro) inspired by the kingfisher bird.
